Payment Terms: Payment for services is due at time of photo delivery. We accept payment through our order portal. Delivered photo and media will not be able to be utilized until payment is received.
Cancellation Policy: Clients may cancel services at any time for any reason. Just be a kind person and give us a heads up, please.
Liability Limitations: Captivating Real Estate Media is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
Intellectual Property: All content provided by Captivating Real Estate Media, including images and videos, is owned by us and protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
Privacy Policy: We are committed to protecting your privacy. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect and use personal information.
Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of Idaho. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Idaho.

1. Captivating Real Estate provides SMS text message notifications to customers who opt in by submitting their contact information through the website chat widget and consenting to receive text messages. Messages may include appointment confirmations and reminders for property photography sessions, scheduling updates, service-related information, follow-ups regarding bookings, and occasional promotional or marketing messages about our services.
2. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text "STOP" to the shortcode. Upon sending "STOP," we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.

4. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
